Book My Place on the Woods Coach Service

  • Due to the COVID-19 Pandemic a number of changes have been made to the Woods Coach Services.

    • The number of services has been reduced.
    • Passengers will need to book on the coach by 1pm each Friday for the following week. You will not be able, for example, book on Monday 15th to use a coach on Tuesday 16th.
    • You will only be able to use the coach you have booked on. Therefore, please ensure you are at the bus stop in adequate time and clearly signal for the driver to stop.
    • If you miss the coach, you will need to make alternative travel arrangements at your own expense.
    • Update July 16th 2021: Passengers must wear a face mask for the entire journey, if you are exempt from wearing a face mask, please email for an exemption letter to produce to the driver.
    • Passengers must use hand sanitiser both when entering and leaving the coach.
    • If you are showing symptoms the driver will not allow you on the coach.
    • Passengers must only sit on seats that are marked safe to use, and must fill the coach from the back to the front.
    • When leaving the coach, you must exit from the front working towards the back.
    • If you present with any symptoms after using the service, you must complete the Track and Trace form at your earliest convenience.
    • IMPORTANT – Please ensure all fields on the form is completed, the form will not submit if a field is left blank
    • You will be contacted with an email confirming your booking, this email must be shown to the driver to be allowed entry onto the bus..
    • As Government guidelines may change at short notice, which may result in a Local Lockdown or National Lockdown, Coach services may be postponed or cancelled at short notice. We will email those with bookings to let them know if a service has been cancelled.
  • Sorry, you cannot use the coach service until you have completed the site COVID-19 induction.

    You will need to make alternative travel arrangements to work. Once you have completed your induction you will be able to use the coach service.
